Game Tips:

  • ***You don’t need to click on the circles to hit them***
  • The circles go red when they’re about to kill you. So if you see lots of red then it means you’re flying very close to the edge (or have flown right off it).
  • The game gets faster as it goes on. Things get interesting around the mid 100s.
  • HighScore display mode will kick in after 5 seconds of a finished game.
  • Expert mode just hurries through the early stages of the game. It doesn't make things any harder or easier.
  • Don't play for too long. Take regular breaks and make sure your mouse is comfortably positioned.

    Java Installation:

This game requires Java to run, so if you don't see the "Start" button above then either
  • Check you have Java enabled.
  • Or install the java plug-in from Sun. GetJava Download Button

    Technical features of game:

  • Because this game is reaction based, I’ve tried to make it run at the same speed on any machine. To do this it measures the time taken to run several frames and then compensates accordingly. But this doesn’t work well if you have any background tasks running - if they grab a large chunk of processing time from your computer then the game may over-compensate in the next few frames.
  • The game’s collision detection checks a whole straight line between where it detects the mouse pointer in one frame and where it detects it in the next, so you shouldn’t be able to skip right over a bomb.
